Design Only Service
With Design Only service, I’ll handle finding and selecting the right products and materials for your project. While I won’t be on-site for every step, I’m always available to answer questions, collaboratively solve problems, or suggest alternatives if needed. Design only service is perfect if you need a designer’s guidance & feel confident handling the execution on your own and you have a budget less than $15k per space
What's included:
A proposal with a list of items to be sourced that match your project needs
Concept Design + Design Presentation: 2 online or in-person meetings to review and align on the concept design, and a few weeks after that, the Design Presentation
Specifications: Details on all products sourced
Itemized Budget: A breakdown of costs with links to purchase
The option to add hourly support for extra project details (ie. if more drawings are needed), troubleshooting, or re-selections after the design phase is completed.

Step One: Getting to Know You
After we’ve determined we’re a design match (yippee!!) and have taken care of all the nitty gritty (Scope proposal, contract, + your budget) we’ll dig in to your design questionnaire. The info you provide upfront helps us understand your lifestyle, design style, goals, and challenges so we can jump right in on your design.

Step Two: Design Phase
This is when I go into a design cave and channel all of my creativity. I keep you and all that we talked about in mind as I choose each item for your project intentionally and put It all together in a beautiful presentation to share with you!

Step Three: Your Design Plan
Our Design Only clients love having their design plan in hand, so they can start placing orders they know will work perfectly for them and their space, as well as set up trades to come and work their magic…Think wallpaper and new lighting!
You’ll have the exact details you need to purchase the items we recommend, as well as a digital presentation so you know exactly why we chose what we did for you and how to hire any outside work to be done.

Step Four: Designer Support & Completion!
While I won’t be on-site for every step, I’m always available to answer questions, collaboratively solve problems, or suggest alternatives if needed for up to 1 month after your session. As your space comes together, we will patiently be waiting to see pictures!
