Communication
During your project, we’ll be communicating via HoneyBook, our online software, in- person during your session, and via phone during your follow up Design Details call. We don’t text message unless it’s to let you know we’re stuck in traffic or some other time sensitive thing.
Hours
Our business hours are Monday through Thursday 9-3 pm central time and you can expect a response from us within those hours.

Our Design Day Process
We know that designing your home and making all the best selections can be stressful and time consuming. We are here to alleviate those pains by creating a plan so you can confidently make decisions to create a space you love. No more second guessing or overthinking!
Here’s our simple Design Day process:
1) Design Homework
2) Your 1-Room Design Day in person w/ Rebekah & Tamara
3) Your Digital Design Plan Presentation w/ phone call to talk through
4) You purchase all items with all the details provided by Stelly & Oscar and schedule trade work to be done.
…And watch your room come to life!
We’ll keep you posted every step of the way as we move through each step of the process. Communication is key to a successful project!
Design Homework
Before your session, please set aside about 30 minutes to dive into your design homework. The more we know about your home, your style, your challenges, and your goals, the better we will be at making the right selections for you.
Click the link below to complete your design questionnaire. This will help us be able to dive right in and make the most of your session.
Watch for an invitation from Stelly & Oscar via Pinterest to join your private inspiration board. Once you’re in, please add your inspiration pictures, or even specific items you’re drawn to to the board. Bonus points if you comment on what you love or don’t love about each image.
Payment Policies
PAYMENT TYPES
We accept check or online payment with credit card or bank authorization. Checks can be mailed to our office located at:

Most orders for items sourced will be purchased by you directly from the link we send to you.
If you are purchasing items sourced through Stelly & Oscar (i.e. wallpaper) payment is due at time of invoice. Items must be paid in full before order can be placed as our vendors require 100% of payment up front.
What Happens Now
Woo hoo! You made it to the end!
We know how exciting it is to know that help is on the way. If you’re chomping at the bit to get started, we recommend using this time to purge any items from the rooms we’ll be working on during your session. Don’t throw anything out if you’re not sure-we may be able to repurpose it!
We’ll send another email a few days prior to your session with some tips for preparing for the big day.
