Communication
During your project, we’ll be communicating via HoneyBook, our online software and in- person during your session. We don’t text message unless it’s to let you know we’re stuck in traffic or some other time sensitive thing.
Hours
Our business hours are Monday through Thursday 9-3 pm central time and you can always expect a response from us within one-two business days.

Our Consultation Process
We know that design choices can be stressful and time consuming in your own home. We are here to alleviate those pains by walking through your room/home to help solve your design dilemmas.
During and after our edit, you can confidently move forward in selecting that perfect paint color, rug, or add those few details that we recommend to bring your space together. No more second guessing or overthinking it!
Here’s our simple EDIT Consultation process:

Design Homework
Before your session, please set aside about 30 minutes to dive into your design homework. The more we know about your home, your style, your challenges, and your goals, the better we will be at making the right selections for you.
STEP #1 | Please click the link below to complete the design questionnaire. This will help us to dive right in during and make the most of your session. DESIGN QUESTIONNAIRE
STEP #2 | Watch for an invitation from Stelly & Oscar via Pinterest to join your private inspiration board. Once you’re in, please add your inspiration pictures to the board. If you would like us to bring wallpaper samples to your session, please be sure to add inspiration pictures of wallpaper you love so we know exactly what styles to bring.

If you’re chomping at the bit to get started, we recommend adding inspiration pictures to the Pinterest board we invited you to so we know exactly what style and feel you’re looking for in your home. We’ll send another email a few days prior to your session with some tips for preparing for your 2-hour consultation.
